What is Nexus Connect?
Nexus Connect is a live polling, quiz, and game platform built for pep rallies, assemblies, and classroom moments. Teachers and activities directors launch a game from their browser, students join from their phones, and everyone's answers show up live on the big screen.
What games are included?
Nexus Connect includes live polls and quizzes, plus interactive games like Mascot Hunt, Yearbook, and Name Game. How many games you get access to depends on your plan: Standard includes 3 games of your choice, Pro includes 5, and Max includes all of them.
Do students need to download an app or create an account?
No. Students join from any phone's browser using your school's unique link or game PIN — no downloads, no accounts, no sign-ups required.
What devices do I need to run an event?
Any device with a modern web browser and an internet connection works. You'll want a laptop or browser connected to a projector or screen to display the live game, and participants just need a phone or any device with a browser.
How do I start hosting events?
Create a free school organizer account, choose a game, and share your school's unique link or PIN with participants. The whole setup takes a couple of minutes.
How do students join a live game?
They enter your school's game PIN or click your shared link, pick a fun temporary name, and they're in — no waiting room, no setup.
Can I customize games for my school?
Yes — game selection is customizable on every plan, and custom branding is available on the Pro and Max plans.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed annually through Stripe. You can view or update your billing details anytime from your admin dashboard.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard.
Are there refunds?
Subscriptions are billed annually and are non-refundable except where required by law. See our Terms of Service for full billing details.
Is student data collected or stored?
No personally identifiable information is required from student participants. Each student gets a temporary, randomly generated profile for that session only, and all session data is permanently wiped the moment the event ends. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Where is data hosted?
All data is hosted on secure servers located in the United States. See our Privacy Policy for more details on our infrastructure and third-party processors.
